At Zanadu, we are committed to providing quality products and services to our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility
Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Downloadable software products
Gift cards
Customized or personalized products
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless they are defective or damaged)

How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service at contact@zanadu.tech to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Processing Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number] days.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@thezanadu.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
